Branded campaigns built around your customer experience
IntelHouse plans and operates acquisition under your brand using custom landing pages, buyer branding, campaign creative, and audience targeting. Your team approves the experience and retains ownership of the audience data and conversion insights generated.
Custom landing pages & buyer branding
Campaign pages, messaging, and conversion paths are built around your approved brand experience.
Creative & audience targeting
Campaign creative and paid-media audiences align with your markets, services, and acquisition goals.
Qualification & exclusive delivery
Geography, project type, intent, duplicate rules, and buyer criteria shape one-buyer lead distribution.
Data ownership & reporting
Retain ownership of the audience data and conversion insights generated, with source and SubID visibility.
IntelHouse-owned campaigns, ready for your buying rules
Receive exclusive leads from IntelHouse-managed consumer acquisition campaigns without building your own landing pages, creative, media operation, or marketing infrastructure. We manage acquisition while your service areas, project types, buyer criteria, capacity, hours, and delivery preferences shape the lead flow.
Managed consumer acquisition
IntelHouse operates the creative, landing pages, media, and campaign optimization through established consumer brands.
Buyer-defined lead flow
Service areas, project types, qualification rules, schedules, capacity, and routing remain configured to the buyer.
Plug-and-play buying
A simplified lead buying experience with fixed pricing tiers, predictable volume guarantees, no management fees, and room to scale on demand.
Which Campaign Model Fits Your Business?
Both models use controlled acquisition, buyer-specific qualification, and exclusive one-buyer distribution. The difference is who owns and manages the advertising experience.
Ownership, exclusivity, and commercial structure
An Exclusive Lead is one approved homeowner inquiry matched and delivered to one buyer under the campaign’s approved distribution rules. Exclusivity applies to the individual lead; campaign participation or territory coverage does not create territory exclusivity unless the buyer agreement explicitly provides it.
Branded campaigns use buyer-approved advertising assets and a buyer-facing experience; IntelHouse-owned campaigns use our managed consumer brands and acquisition assets. The matched buyer receives the individual lead record for uses allowed by the agreement and applicable consent. Campaign assets, audience data, and territory rights remain model- and contract-specific. Commercial arrangements may use performance-based cost-per-lead or cost-per-call structures, fixed pricing tiers, volume commitments, or campaign management terms. Exact terms are confirmed privately before launch.
Exclusive versus qualified: A Qualified Homeowner Inquiry meets the buyer’s approved geographic, service-category, homeowner-intent, project, contact-information, and acceptance criteria. Qualification determines fit; exclusivity determines distribution.
Qualification and routing configured for your operation
Buyer-specific qualification
Define geographic targeting by market, service area, or ZIP code; eligible project types; homeowner intent questions; duplicate rules; buyer criteria; lead capacity; operating hours; and delivery preferences. See how those checks apply to Exclusive Home Improvement Leads.
Real-time delivery and integration
Qualified leads can be delivered to supported CRMs and lead platforms through direct integrations, APIs, webhooks, email, forms, ping-post workflows, or live call routing. Custom routing and buyer-specific distribution rules align delivery with your intake setup.
Source-Level Attribution
Source-Level Attribution can connect acquisition channel, campaign, creative, landing page, and SubID identifiers with an individual lead record when those fields are available in the approved setup.
Buyer feedback
Lead acceptance, contact outcomes, qualification results, appointment dispositions, and downstream sales information—when available—can guide source, creative, filter, and routing changes.
Verification and compliance
Verification can include contact-field validation, campaign-configured duplicate checks, eligibility checks, and review of recorded consent or disclosure evidence where applicable. These controls support compliant operations but do not make every campaign automatically compliant with every law or buyer policy.
